Services

We provide content posting assistance using verified U.S. managers and safe operating procedures. We do not guarantee virality or specific results.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the security of your account. You retain ownership of your social accounts; our access is limited to performing scheduled services.

Payments

Billing is handled via Stripe. Plans renew monthly until canceled. Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or request posting of content that violates platform policies or applicable law. We may decline or remove content that is unsafe or non‑compliant.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAFYP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or platform policy actions affecting reach. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last thirty (30) days.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
